Thursday, February 4, 2021 - Drank over two days. Decanted. Medium garnet in the glass. On the nose, black cherries dominate, with pepper and salinity in the background. The palate has strawberries, cherries, earth, pepper and a touch of cured meat. Tannin was bigger day one and integrated much better on day 2. The Finish softened and lengthened significantly on day 2. Much more elegance on second day.
