Tuesday, June 1, 2021 - Notes of lemon, apple and uncooked bread dough. The level of acidity was high. After about 30 minutes, that subsided and the wine was in perfect balance. Good depth and texture. I believe this wine will continue to evolve nicely over the next three to five years. Maybe not to the level of the 2010 or 2013, but still good juice.
