Monday, May 20, 2019 - PnP via Vinturi. Nose initially very faint, floral / violet with some dark berry fruit. Palate initially a bit watery in the mid-palate. Nose and palate opened up over the next two hours, not really changing character except that the mid-palate filled in. Spicy, well balanced, medium fine tannins, supple fruit. Quite restrained for a Syrah. If I had another, I'd decant an hour or three before drinking.
