Friday, June 5, 2020 - Light gold in color. Lovely aromas of flint, resin/petrol, ripe orchard pit fruits, orange/lemon zest. Quite sweet in the mouth showing very ripe peach/nectarine compote, honey, orange citrus, medium (+) acidity and a very long off-dry/sweet finish. This is definitely a ripe 2003 Spat.
