Saturday, November 18, 2017 - The wine needs about a half an hour of air, at which point the sharp smell of sulfur dissipates revealing a beautiful old school dolcetto with a strong whiff of leather, good acidity, and dark fruits on the palate. I love it. However, if you are a lover of big California wines, this wine may not be for you. Happily, this does not apply to me.
