Saturday, November 9, 2019 - Very cool dolcetto. Fascinating, strange smell of new diapers (sodium polyacrylate) or maybe baby powder! Dark fruit, medium tannins, definitely easy to drink. Paired with rice balls and red sauce. Delicious wine.
