At first slightly fizzy but that dissipated in about 30 minutes leaving a nice albeit simple north of the Po sipper. Dark fruit, cola, tea leaves. Good amount of iron. Rustic but not in a bad way. This should be drunk up soon.

More wild berry fruit on the second day, and gobs of minerals. This is actually pretty good.
