  Tastes like a savory Salmon Berry! If you're not from the PNW, a Salmon Berry has kind of a melony raspberry thing going. Add a big chunk of savory to that and voila! Smooth finish with earthy notes. Different but very nice. Paired well with grilled pork and clove (its sort of a SA thing) sausages.

  Tried over successive nights on the nitrogen system. Never really rose above "ok". Powerful presence on the palate emphasizes tannins. Uncharming.

  Dark garnet color with a little mud. Cherry and juicy grape flavors with stiff dusty tannins and lengthy finish. Needs food.
