Tuesday, September 7, 2021 - Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): From a 375. Pours a deep golden color. What an interesting wine! I have never had one of these with much age and it's quite a bit different. You get some of that carmelization and maybe almost fruit compote. In the beginning it's almost maybe a touch sweeter, but with some time that seems to shift away. Really interesting.
