Wednesday, September 14, 2016 - Rare Northern Rhone Birthday - 1991: Took some time for the aromatics to come around but eventually gave up strawberry and roses in addition to dark spices and darker savory notes. Complex and interesting nose. Savory palate bit with a syrupy core of currant fruit.
