Monday, March 11, 2019 - Really nice wine. Dry, crisp, and zesty notes of melon, lime, lemongrass, citrus blossom, and a hint of guava. The palate is driven by lively acidity, stony minerality, and a crunchy texture. White pepper-like spiciness lingers on the citrus pith finish. Lovely.
