Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Nearly translucent golden-hued grain in color. Lightly citrus-forward with an accompaniment of pear and dried apricot on the nose. Flint and dill appear on the palate. This is a subtle Sauvignon Blanc, not as tart and biting as many others. Intensely enjoyable and pairs well with a charcuterie platter, providing some balance to heavier meats and joining cheeses like parmesean and brie.
