Likes this wine:

Tuesday, May 26, 2015 - At peak and/or beginning the downhill slide. Poured a glass out and then slow-oxed the bottle for 2 hours prior to restaurant, then drank over 2-3 hours. Better/best toward end of that window. Raisins, mint, blackberry bramble, earth, fruit leather, gingerbread. We brought it intending to eat it with all manner of pork; it's way bigger than that, at this point -- highly tannic, would go great with a peppered steak.
