On the palate: fantastic acidity, ethereal mouthfeel and weight, soft red fruit, very finely grained tannin on the lovely, slightly chalky (austere?) finish. Anyway, this was a benchmarking exercise...this has loads in the tank, and I will check back at some point...I only say that because I buried my other bottles just so they would be hard to find....
