Sunday, September 10, 2023 - Two hour slow ox. Very deep dark magenta color. Black walnut, plum, angel food cake, caramel corn, rose, pistachio baklava, and subtle dark chocolate. Dry, velvety, plush palate. Voluptuous tannins on the longish finish.

This is just barely beyond its peak for my palate. It’s rich, integrated, and mature. A one hour decant is probably ideal, but PNP would work.
