Sunday, March 28, 2021 - 90+. Starts with blackness and power and immense grip and for 5 minutes it's not unreasonable to think you've walked into a black wall. Even hard, for a second, to know you're in the presence of Nebbiolo (though that grip would help you get there). 10, 15, 20 minutes later all manner of aromatics begin to lift up. Best an 1-2 hours in, but still developing and still has time ahead of it. Just a delicious piece of work for the slightly over $30-ish price paid at Vintage Berkeley.
