Saturday, November 11, 2006 - In the glass, clear, slightly pale yellow. On the nose, honeysuckle with hints of peach and flint. On the palate, a slightly viscous mouthfeel with floral notes, peach, and more noticeable minerality, with a touch of black pepper on the finish. A nice viognier, pleasant on its own or with seafood. Would be really nice with oysters.
