Sunday, February 5, 2023 - Really opened up over the 5 hours since opening.

Wonderful nose - with sweet ripe fruit and some meatiness / gaminess that paired nicely with a lightly seasoned steak off the grill.

On the palate, this has evolved into a nice balance of fruit and tannins.

Finish lingers but turns a bit towards the sour side.

In a nice place now. If you like ripe fruit, dive in now before the secondary flavor profile becomes dominant. But this has the goods to go several more years.
