Sunday, August 6, 2023 - (at Charleston - Baltimore, 375ml). This has come a long way in a few years. The herbal, yeasty element remains but has been joined by a lovely guava / not quite ripe pineapple note that rounds things out nicely. Remains crisp and a fine food match. I believe it’s at its best. (91)
