Tuesday, October 31, 2023 - Coravin fun - Lynch Bages (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Sweet spice, almost a touch of carbo crush; plummy, cherry, blackcurrant. Juicy, fleshy, plenty of chewy drying tannins are woody, fruit as per the nose, beautifully balanced, ridiculously long. Lovely.
