Saturday, December 21, 2019 - Winebar [1 Rosé, 4 Whites, & 9 Reds] from 12/20/19 (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Cf. the CellarTracker Article link [lower lft] to get specific info for this vintage, including acclaim.

N: Closed; Attractively RIPE berries with hints of flowers & notes of spice + other unparsables

P: Med body; RNDISH entry with very NICE, ALMOST swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which never even remotely loses contact with the init frt as it transitions into a LONG, impeccably BALANCED finish which is already showing an elegant tangy/swtness to the firming, dusty tannins. Approachable now with food™, this DESERVES @ least through '20, then drinking through '24... min. IMPRESSIVE stuff! 14% ABV; My EXC/EXC+ (92-95/100 using that metric). [This vendor's $69.95 puts it in the TOP 10% of wine-searcher's postings!]

™I certainly *can't* rule out frt currently masking the structure of this, PARTICULARLY since @ least 3 of the "pros" cited above advise MORE cellar time than even my "Deserves".
