Friday, October 10, 2014 - This took 30-60 min to open up, but drank well afterwards. Cloudy ruby red in color.
I tend to enjoy 2003 burgs, as I enjoy the extra fruit and lower acidity compared to other vintages. This followed the theme, with my wife even guessing this was a 2010 burg due to the fruit.
Aromas and flavors of earth, forest floor, cranberry, strawberry, meatiness, and tart cherry.
This paired very well with a rosemary thyme pork chop!
