Wednesday, July 12, 2023 - I really like this. Opened on July 3. Decanted and kept in wine fridge for an hour before serving. Vacusealed the remaining bottle and put it in a regular fridge till July 12 and drank the last glass then. Last glass was great. I don’t know how, but when the wine hits my tongue I just see the vineyard so clearly in my mind. I have a soft spot for this estate and I enjoyed this bottle very much.
