Sunday, November 7, 2021 - Double decanted two hours before dinner. Deep garnet with no bricking. Classic Paulliac bouquet, with notes of cedary cassis, black truffle, crushed stones; hints of campfire and earth. Medium bodied, ripe tannins, quite structured but in balance; impressive delineation on the savory finish. Still has upside.
