Sunday, December 30, 2007 - Opened for 1 hour, didn't decant. The wine is very dark, concentrated, opaque. The nose is open, pleasant but I find it dominated by green peppers. The mouthfeel is very nice, but the finish is almost overly herbaceous (green peppers) and with a clean finish. Perhaps a bit more acid than I might like but this went away after a few hours. Not a frui driven wine and not much in the way of tannins. I would not describe this wine as very balanced or complex, but it is tasty.
