Saturday, September 22, 2007 - Pinot Noir tasting: Clear light red color. Complex nose of red berries, red currant and strawberry, and some dark mould and manure. On the palate it has more graceful elegance, combining fruit, licorice and bitter chocolate. Good long taste and very nice balance.
