Sunday, March 5, 2023 - The color is pale lemon. On the nose there are pronounced aromas of green apple, ripe peach, lemon, linden blossom and little petrol. The wine is developing. It is medium-dry, has a high acidity and the body is medium(-). The flavors on the palate are also pronounced and similar to the nose. The finish is long. This is a very nice and extremely well balanced Kabinett. It is at a very nice stage but has some potential for aging. Glass I used: Josephine No 1. I compared Josephine No 1 to Josephine No 2. I prefered No 1 because the sweetness is less pronounced and the wine is better balanced.
