Tuesday, January 15, 2019 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #035: Champagne plus a few extra's (By MN): Ripe dark berries like cassis and blackberries in the bouquet. Same on the palate, some sweetness, leather and chocolate. Good herbs and spices. Beautiful acidity and soft tannin. Really very beautiful wine in a perfect drinking stage now.
