Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Changed dramatically over the course of the evening, mostly improving until it landed somewhere beautifully textured, almost fuzzy, very sure of itself. Went from primarily sweet in its licorice bouquet and taste, to smokey barbecue fruit, veined with shimmering tension. Decanted a couple of hours.
