Monday, October 21, 2013 - Lilting citrus nose with tones of pears and carmelized apples. On the palate, rich and full with pineapple, peach, lemon curd, and pear. Finishes with piercing acidity to balance the sweetness. Followed through the night and this paired very well with every type of food. Not quite as powerful as the last bottle but still very enjoyable.
