Saturday, August 10, 2019 - Bottle brought from the cellar to drink during afternoon service at Oinoscent.
shift at Oinoscent.
Bright colour, beautiful in the nose with red cherry notes but mostly it was all about earthy and spicy notes with bits of smoke here and there. Smooth in the palate with round velvety tannins and balancing acidity, ending with medium to long finish. It showed potential too, I'd easily let it sit for 5 more years, but it was damn tasty now.
