Monday, April 15, 2019 - Flying Goat Cellars Tasting (Vandewater, NYC): At a tasting - from an open bottle.
Straw color. Citrus and yeast notes on the nose. The palate yields lemon, peach, good acidity, and is noticeably yeasty. It has a small bubble, delicate mousse.
