Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Popped and poured...Very much the mature Bordeaux...all dark fruits, leather, earth, autumn leaves, a little tobacco and cigar box and a touch of rusticity on the nose translates to the palate with juicy acidity (which is probably assisted by a smidge of volatility) and still moderately grippy tannins. Better than previous bottlings...
