Wednesday, February 8, 2023 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS; Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape (By VD and @ VD): Beautiful and complex bouquet with white and yellow fruits, some fennel, honey and some mineral impressions. Same on the palate, litchi, sage, honey and almonds. Very intense, full bodied and complex wine with probably a long future ahead.
