Tuesday, January 17, 2023 - 17012023 - Aussie themed lunch and bottle from generous bro Hann Sze. Captivating nose - filled with opulent black fruit, layered with chocolate, mocha, creme brulee and baking spices. Palate is layered and dense, continued to evolve over lunch. Energetic, muscular & fleshy throughout the palate till finish. Profound depth with rounded mouthfeel with hint of cloves. Will be a 100 pointer if give it more time
