Wednesday, April 24, 2019 - This shows a sense of place. The nose opens to gently honeyed notes of limes, stonefruit, citrus pith, quince, and minerals. Dry, textural, and complex in the mouth, with excellent freshness, spicy vibrancy, and a slight prick to the crunchy fruit flavors. So easy to like.
