Saturday, December 25, 2021 - 嗅觉上有很重的酵母味和桶味,除了烘烤面包、黄油饼干之外,还有些肉和菌菇味。绵密地包裹着氧化苹果、熟梨和熟柑橘之类的果味。入口酒体中,气泡感和酸度不错,不会太沉闷。有着很重的巧克力曲奇的味道,还点缀了榛子和杏仁等坚果。红苹果、李子和柑橘等果味成熟比较干净。还有着菌菇、咸芝士和比较多的肉桂卷之类香料味。90-91/100
