Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - Pale gold. Incredibly fresh nose of white flowers, stonefruit, fresh cut grass, slate, and some lemony citrus. Loads of yellow apple fruit on the palate in addition to great slatey minerality. Remarkably fresh. High acid. Didn't take proper notes but this was absolutely perfect to pair with a Hawaiian fish curry. Crowd pleasing and a pleasant surprise.
