Friday, June 17, 2022 - Coravin pour at a restaurant. Transparent yellow. Aromas of lemon and hay. Medium light body, medium acid. Mineral driven, with tart lemon featuring prominent. With air lemon became more richer, like a lemon curd, and some vanilla notes came on. Slightly bitter finish. Expected more here.
