Saturday, October 31, 2020 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Plum, boysenberry, Gala apple, charred walnut, and brown sugar on the nose. Super smooth, very dry palate. Full tannins on the long finish.

This continued to improve over an hour of drinking, so it could use a longer decant at this stage.
