Sunday, July 2, 2023 - Sunday Night Free Corkage Night (Chez Bruce): Pale yellow. Evidently a highly opinionated winemaker who doesn’t use any oak - a real linearity and structure to this - there’s a breadth to it - perhaps lees if not oak. Some waxed lemon perhaps? Classy drink - I’d love to try this producer again, and like no Mersault I’ve tried before.
