Monday, March 6, 2023 - Tight and stony is a good descriptor. Nevertheless this gave pleasure on the first night, with super pure fruit somewhere in the middle of the red/black fruit spectrum. On night two, however, this clamped down hard, almost like a young Barolo. Woah!
