Sunday, June 3, 2007 - Very interesting white with a viscous mouth feel, combined with an earthy palate. Not a lot of fruit, just a depth and complexity of flavors that are hard to describe. A hint of flowers, stone (and stone fruit!), and leather. Great with warmed, herbed oysters and a phyllo wrapped mushroom dish with a very earthy brown suace.
