Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Tasted on day 2, owner who shared said it was similar to day 1; lots of lemon, almost grilled, no obvious oak; lees on the palate give this great texture and waxiness on the finish, lots of yellow lemon apple and peach, very pure, acids were a bit soft open and ready in my opinion, almost a touch of alcohol warmth on the finish even though this was only 13.2%, possibly not the best year of this bottling but delicious nonetheless.
