Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - Medium gold in colour with aromas of earthy minerality, apples & nuts.
On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lemon, green apple, nutty, somewhat buttery & creamy, a saline backbone & medium to high acidity.
The finish is long to spice & a chalky minerality. There is very good flavour & texture complexity.
