Sunday, September 18, 2022 - Nice wine. Still a bit shy on the aromatics with a little olive coming through. Palate is well crafted, put some tannin meeting time to integrate with some crunchy acidity. Mid weight. Despite a splash decant and being followed over 3hrs was never as expressive as I was hoping. Best to hold a bit longer.
