Saturday, November 6, 2021 - The Nearly Annual Lyon 10 Year Retro Tasting (Lyon's Den): This was a glorious wine and so different from the Carneros sparkler (duh...).
Imagine candied ginger on the thinnest slices of lemon and pear, placed on buttered toast with honey! Fine mousse and great length. Why wait?
