Monday, January 31, 2022 - 31122022 - New Year treat at Ed’s place. What a treat. Luscious plum, cherry, cassis with exquisite aromas of toffee, macadamia butter & chocolate truffles laced with black pepper. Palate; refined tannins but still a lot of youth & energy. Velvety mouthfeel with dark fruit and forest floor finish. Exceptionally long and layered
