Sunday, July 16, 2023 - Robust and earthy, with nice tannins and medium acidity. Smooth and very palatable, good with hearty meat dishes. Dark fruit - plum and cassis. Really it's the earthy herbaceousness with some cedar that dominates, but the fruit is there too. Good for drinking now.
