Sunday, April 2, 2023 - Cellartracker in the flesh with Mats, Tomas and Atsushi (Fujiyama Bar and Diner): Ripe black cherry, earthy, meaty, slightly bretty notes. In the mouth the fruit proves, initially, slightly sour though this softens with time in the glass, grainy drying tannins and those slightly meaty notes are here as well as a touch of pepper. Simple but nice and really good with the pork.
